Scanworks’ Remote Diagnostic & Monitoring program was custom developed to the highest industry standards. By monitoring your equipment data hourly, our service engineers can identify, diagnose, and resolve problems, often before a site is even aware of the issue.

To get started, Scanworks will first work closely with the site’s IT department to setup the most secure connection to your equipment for remote access. Equipment data is then monitored hourly, and daily/weekly/monthly updates may be sent upon request.

If an issue arises, our service engineers will work to solve the problem remotely or, if needed, virtually guide operators through troubleshooting steps. If replacement parts are needed, our service engineers will be prepared with the correct parts in hand when arriving on site.
